ABOUT APARTMENT
Teerth Towers is one of the luxurious residential complexes located in the main Baner area of Pune near Vibgyor School, India. Developed by one of the prime realtors Teerth Realties, the complex features quite a few towers those are among few tall towers in the area with around 196 premium apartments.
The complex offers several different configurations like 2bhk, 3bhk to suit a variety of lifestyles and needs of the users. They feature high-quality finishes and modern amenities with premium bathroom fixtures and fitting with well-planned layouts.

This apartment under our project scope has large exterior lobby around 150 sq. ft area just in front of lift.

ABOUT PROJECT
Mr. and Mrs. Deshmukh is highly educated family, spent few years in Europe and then returned to India to start their own education venture. As they had spent quite a few years there in the Europe, their taste of interiors was surely influenced with European style like neutral colour usage, warm white lighting, straight line designs and minimalistic furniture. After buying this 3bhk apartment they started looking for the best interior designers in nearby areas like Baner and Balewadi.
They evaluated quite a few interior designing firms in Baner and Balewadi, few modular furniture providers firms in Pune, but they wanted a firm that can cater to 360-degree requirements of their interior project as they wanted to get lot of civil work like conversion of one bathroom to walk-in wardrobe, new kitchen platform in quartz, complete redo of utility space.
Family short listed 4-5 firms and visited their various completed sites, they were quite choosy and wanted premium finish and premium hardware with modern functionalities, with their due diligence they found decorMyPlace as their suitable Interiors solution partner.
Family had clear idea of their requirements, they wanted uncluttered clean and clear house and wanted lot of organised storage so that there is a space for every item, dedicated space rather. They needed to have green element as they love to nurture the plants and greenery. There were some typical requirements like setup of premium home theatre system, gaming consoles arrangement, family love music they host karaoke party, so they wanted this kind of facility available, they wanted to have automation through Alexa especially for lighting. There was a requirement of some space saving furniture like sofa cum bed, so that guest room can be utilised daily for practice of dancing and whenever guest comes the same sofa come bed can be rolled into the proper bed.
Project started with demolition of few bathroom walls, old kitchen platform, dado tiles, common wash basin counter etc. First phase involved all the dusty jobs like masonry work, false ceiling works, few windows replacement, air-conditioning piping, electrification, plumbing etc.
In second phase primarily carpentry, some furniture electrifications were carried out and then final finishing of surfaces like wall papers, painting etc carried out. Project ended with finalization of few artifacts and loose furniture like dining table, sofas etc.
