ABOUT APARTMENT
RAHEJA VISTA is one of the premium projects from K Raheja Corp located in Mohammedwadi, NIBM ROAD, UNDRI PUNE. RAHEJA VISTA is being considered as an epitome of a contemporary lifestyle and one of the most luxurious properties available in NIBM ROAD, UNDRI area. Raheja Vistas Premiere comes with quite a lot deluxe features and is sprawling over 20 acres of area.
INTERIORS PROJECT
Mr. ASHER approached us through one of his friends for whom we had provided interiors for 4BHK flat in 24 K KOLTE PATIL HILLS AND DALES KONDHWA PUNE, Mr. ASHER’S was 2 BHK newly bought flat on 10th floor, being young globe-trotter IT professional Mr. Asher wanted contemporary interior designing theme with mix of real wood, veneer and laminate. Scope included complete flat interiors including kitchen, safety door, sofa, dining table and all the furniture in flat. To fulfil the desire of using wood, we created theme around pine wood which looks trendy and need very low maintenance, for furniture lamination we recommended pinewood veneer that complemented perfectly with wood. In kitchen we suggested Italian imported surfaces that was glossy in stone finish and for kitchen drawers client opted for Hettich tandem boxes systems along with one rolling shutter from Rehau for storage like mixer, toaster etc. All wardrobes have sliding systems from Hettich / Hafele, all beds have cushioned bed-back with premium matching fabrics. In passage we used Corian solid surface single piece customized basin with inbuilt basin top in it. Lighting included track lights, hanging lights and many more decorative lights in furniture as well as false ceiling.

I was looking for one of the best interior designers and decorators in Undri area, so I asked many of my friends who got services from interiors designers in Mohammedwadi, NIBM ROAD and UNDRI areas, got around 5-6 references from various friends, so accordingly visited their apartments but we as family impressed with 4bhk apartment of my friend Mr. Mehta at 24 K KOLTE PATIL at Hills and Dales Kondhwa, we even got interested with the idea of warranty from decormyplace so we chose them as our interior partners.
