ABOUT APARTMENT
Lodha Amara is a prestigious project located at Thane West Kolshet Road Mumbai, project has been appreciated for optimal space planning, greenery with availability of thoughtfully designed 1 & 2 Bed residences with a lush 40-acres greenery, filled with over a hundreds of trees and countless experiences & with superb interiors to ensure more privacy for the residents. The abode boasts of all the amenities which you need in today’s daily life like gym, swimming pools, theatres, tree houses etc.
Project got very good response due to its connectivity and high rise structure overlooking the greenery on the Ghodbandar road Thane.
INTERIORS PROJECT
In 2019, Mrs. Kamble approached us through one of her friends for whom we had done complete interiors for flat at Sukur complex Thane Ghodbandar road. Mrs. Kamble was looking for interior designing company in Thane area, especially having projects in areas around Ghodbandar road in Thane.
Being stationed in UK for almost 8-9 years, they had few things in mind for their dream house and wanted NORDIC or SCANDANIVIAN interior designing style. The Scandinavian interior designing style is basically featured by its minimalism, simplicity and functionality. … Belonging to the school of modernization, Scandinavian design is a design concept characterized by a focus on simplicity and functionalism. It also includes the use of natural materials, such as leather, wood, and hemp.
Scope included complete apartment interiors for living, dining, kitchen and two bedrooms, safety door, sofa and other fit outs. Being Mumbai apartment its little compact so accommodating their all requirements in 1000 sq. ft was challenging task, at the same time there was challenge to make the space look bigger and roomy, so we used large mirrors especially on key areas where there was less space available. We had to renovate kitchen completely as client wanted white quartz to be used as per the theme. Except kitchen we used wall papers across all the walls. We opted for simple plain false ceiling in gypsum so that lights can be distributed across the rooms evenly, used cove lighting especially near curtains. We generally prefer full height curtains that gives illusion of height in the apartment. In kitchen we recommended Italian imported lacquered surfaces that was glossy and for kitchen drawer client opted for BLUM tandem boxes systems. All the shutters in kitchen are handle less with 45 degree angle cut. For backsplash we opted back painted toughened glass to get the cleaner glossy look. In living room we used automation for fan, Tv and false ceiling lights, those are linked with Alexa.
CLIENT’S COMMENT
In June 2019, we were searching for one of the best interior designers and decorators in Thane area, so we enquired with quite a few friends in our group, society group to get the reference of interiors designers in Thane or New Mumbai areas.
