ABOUT APARTMENT
AMIT BLOOMFIELDS probably the most premium project in Ambegaon from Pune’s prominent property house AMIT ENTERPRISES, it’s an epitome of elegance, fine living and uber- luxury. The architecture is influenced by the Singaporean style. Located in the lush green fields of Ambegaon, Pune. Project consist of bungalows & villas, large premium apartments, residents of project enjoy ready-to-use amenities, semi Olympic size swimming pool, squash court, skating ring, appx. 2 Lakhs sq. ft. podium, ample parking, 21 storey buildings and project has been awarded as the BEST RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OF THE YEAR AWARD 2014.
INTERIORS PROJECT
Mr. Chivhane contacted us after seeing our banner in one of the flats in Amit Bloomfield society in which our project was going on. His scope included complete 3bhk apartment interiors including kitchen, safety door, sofa, dining table, temple, windows extension, home automation, breakfast bar unit and some civil work like change of kitchen counter, basin in passage and even some water proofing issues. At his home town family lived in large house with lots of wooden furniture so there was natural affinity towards wooden finish, along with modern look. So veneer was considered to bring out the wooden effect and for fresh colours laminates were used along with back painted glasses and wall papers. As this family is an art lover we used couple of large paintings on walls like dining wall. They were interested in space saving furniture as well so in guest room we advised Murphy bed or Wall folding bed. Most of the wardrobes have sliding systems from Hettich / Hafele. We have used CNC cut designs in safety door, matching design is used foyer ceiling and dining ceiling as well, these designs are illuminated from back side with acrylic sheets behind them. In kids room they wanted some theme based laminate considering the kid’s choices, so digital laminate was selected. In addition to interiors there were couple of additional needs like fitting of water tank in dry balcony, building of new counter top with sink in dry balcony.
CLIENT’S COMMENT
We were looking for one of the best interior designers and decorators in Sinhgarh road, Katraj area, we enquired with many of our friends who had recently done interiors in our complex. Decormyplace name popped up when we got to know there are many apartment owners got services from them in our neighbourhood and almost all of them were happy with their experience. After doing further survey of market and meeting few interior designers in and around Katraj, Dhanakawadi and Sinhgarh area we got convinced with the rates, quality of material and concept of warranty from decormyplace so we decided to go ahead with them for our dream home. The overall experience was very good and quite engaging and they got us involved quite deeply in this project and delivered our dream home just a week before Diwali, so we had our first memorable Diwali at our dream home.
