Gagan Unnati is a luxurious apartment project situated in one of Pune’s most lush localities near to Market Yard and Katraj. Gagan Unnati defines fine living and high lifestyle as compared to other apartments projects in the vicinity. The project’s breathtaking designs and fantastic layout have been planned to make this place into a completely new landmark that is visible from all the neighboring areas.
INTERIORS PROJECT
Mr. Bhalgat in 2021, started looking for the best interior designers in Katraj area, approached us through one of his friends for whom we had provided interiors for 3BHK flat at Sus Pashan Road, PUNE. Mr. Bhalgat had 2 BHK newly bought flat on 2nd floor, being young entrepreneur Mr. Bhalgat wanted modern and contemporary interior designing theme and willing to experiment with various materials. The scope included civil / masonry jobs like new dry balcony construction, tile changes, kitchen platform extension, bedroom balcony civil work etc. furniture scope included kitchen, sofa, dining table and all the furniture in flat. For kitchen drawers client opted for Hettich tandem boxes systems. All wardrobes have sliding systems from Hettich / Hafele, all beds have cushioned bed-back with premium matching fabrics. Lighting included track lights, hanging lights, cove lights and many more decorative lights in furniture as well as false ceiling.
Client gave us the requirement to plan for additional beds so that their guests can be accommodated, but as both the bedrooms were occupied, we suggested for Murphy bed fitting or wall folding bed in the living room. With this Murphy bed an additional 2-3 guests can be accommodated in living room; this bed can be pulled down whenever required, otherwise in up position this bed takes hardly 6 sq. ft of carpet area, that’s huge saving of almost 30 sq. ft of expensive carpet area.
In bedrooms there was request for storage with glass shutters, we used aluminum profile shutters with tinted glass. Profile lights are used at quite a few places in ceiling, storages etc.
Breakfast bar unit was one of the requirements, so accordingly created the space for breakfast bar unit with decorative hanging lights for illumination and decoration.
