ABOUT APARTMENT
Emerald Homes is luxurious project development with large sized 3 BHK apartment, each floor is one apartment. This apartment is like penthouse as client has got the exclusive rights for the large terrace, that has been converted into lawn with pergola.
INTERIORS PROJECT
Raghuwanshi family was looking for interior designers in Baner – Mahalunge and they approached us around Jan 20, just before covid started, that time this apartment was just under construction and client wanted us to design asap so that all the necessary civil changes can be incorporated during the construction phase itself. During their search for Interior designers in Baner they met quite a few interior designing firms, they primarily wanted Interior expert that can handle rearrangement of bathrooms, kitchen, dry balcony positions and can effectively give solution for plumbing, civil work etc as there were many changes anticipated. During their search they visited quite a few sites in nearby areas gathered budgetary information from various solution providers and finally with their due diligence selected decorMyPlace team for their project.
This was challenging project especially due to covid period, there were challenges of labour and material availability. Lot of masonry work involved in this project like erection of few walls as there was change of placements for bedrooms and bathrooms, complete apartment flooring tiling work, all bathroom flooring and dado tiles, plumbing, waterproofing, electrification false ceiling and carpentry. Few pieces of furniture like Sofas, Dining, coffee tables, corner tables etc have been designed and developed from the scratch. For the base stand we primarily used GOLDEN pvd coated metal pieces and for the tops preference was of quartz considering durability and toughness.
For kitchen we opted for white quartz surface and for kitchen we opted for Hettich drawers or tandem systems. For kitchen facia we suggested LACQUARED GLASS from Saint-Gobain as client wanted to have luxury look and finishing for the kitchen. Few metal strips have been used in in master bedroom tv unit and guest bedroom. In living to match with current trend we suggested wainscot designs. In bedroom we opted for cushioned bed-back with premium matching fabrics on all the sides of bed.
